Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong item? No worries! PinoyHive makes it easy to cancel your order — as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.

Here’s everything you need to know about when and how to cancel your order.

⏳ When Can You Cancel an Order?

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

You can cancel if your order status is:

  • 🛒 Order Placed

  • ✅ Order Confirmed

  • 📦 Preparing to Ship (only if the seller has not handed it to the courier)

Once the status changes to 🚚 Shipped, cancellation is no longer available. At that point, you may need to request a return after receiving the item.

📲 How to Cancel Your Order

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your PinoyHive account.

  2. Go to My Orders.

  3. Select the order you wish to cancel.

  4. Tap “Cancel Order.”

  5. Choose your reason for cancellation.

  6. Confirm your request.

You’ll receive a notification once the cancellation is processed.

💳 What Happens After Cancellation?

🔄 For Paid Orders (GCash, Maya, Cards, Online Banking)

  • Your refund will be processed automatically.

  • The amount will be returned to your original payment method.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.

🚚 For Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • No charges will apply.

  • The order will simply be cancelled.

⚠ Important Reminders

  • Cancellation is not guaranteed if the seller has already prepared or shipped the item.

  • Some customized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.

  • Repeated cancellations may affect your account standing.

📌 Tip: Double-check product details, variations, and shipping address before placing your order to avoid the need for cancellation.

🛍 Need to Cancel After Shipment?

If your order has already been shipped:

  • Wait for the item to arrive.

  • Submit a Return/Refund Request through My Orders.

  • Follow the return instructions provided.
